So I just wanted to tell you a little more about what to expect next. You will be receiving another email with important information about what to expect with our cleaning services. Also, I want to remind you of our satisfaction guarantee. If something is missed or not cleaned properly, we will come back out and reclean the areas. If we still haven’t met your expectations, we will offer a refund for the areas up to the price of the full cleaning.

We will be following up after every cleaning either by phone, or our one click feedback email. Please please give us your feedback. We want to make sure you are thrilled with the quality of our work. Once we prove to you we are the best cleaning company in your area, we will ask that you refer us to your family, friends and neighbors. Do I Have to be Home?

The answer to this is no. In fact, most of our clients are not home when we come to do the cleaning. All we need is a prearranged entry method, and our technicians will let themselves in.
You may hide a key, use a lock box, or give us a garage code. If you would like to be home at the cleaning, that is not a problem. We just ask that the technicians are given access to all areas that they will be cleaning without interruption. If you work from home, we suggest you have your home office cleaned first. Many of our clients find that is the most convenient way to coordinate their work schedule and house cleaning.

What about my Pets?

First of all, we love pets! And most pets are harmless and do not interfere with the cleaning. However, if there is a chance your pet may become aggressive, we ask that he/she be separated and secured from the areas that will be cleaned.

What if there is a Problem?

We ask that you communicate any problems or anything else that does not meet your expectations as soon as possible. We want to hear about it and fix it! We will do everything in our power to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Who will be Cleaning my Home?

Our company culture is centered on attracting and retaining only the best cleaning technicians. We have a culture of excellence and also a focus on having a great work environment. This leads to a very low turnover rate. We never need to hire out of desperation, so you can be assured, we only hire those we would feel completely comfortable allowing into our own home. All staff has been thoroughly screened and background checked. When we send your appointment information the day before your cleaning, we will include a name and portrait of the cleaning technician that will be assigned to your home.

Do I Need to Do Anything Before the Cleaning?

Simply make sure our technician will have access to all areas you would like to have cleaned. Keep in mind, the more picked up the surface areas of your home, the better job we can do for you. Heavily cluttered areas will be worked around. If you have any delicate items or irreplaceables, please put them inside a safe location. As careful as our technicians try to be, accidents can happen.
